Follow Up Callers

A Follow-Up Caller reaches out to first-time guests and visitors within 48 hours of their visit to say thank you, answer any questions, and let them know they're welcome back. The caller also shares next steps, asking whether they'd be interested in a Bible study, Meet the POSM, and/or joining a life or connect group. The goal is a genuine connection that says: you matter, and there's a place for you here.
